Seedling ID Guide for Native Prairie Plants

The site features 40 native prairie plants,a mixture of grasses and wildflowers. Each of the 40 plants is illustrated with photos of the seed, seedling, juvenile, distinguishing characteristic, and flowering stage. While designed for use by Natural Resources Conservation Service and Missouri Department of Conservation field staff to use with farmers and landowners, the images are equally helpful to anyone doing prairie conversion or reconstruction, as well as homeowners planting native grasses and wildflowers.
