Grow Native! Participates in CoMoGives 2022

November 28, 2022 | News

The Missouri Prairie Foundation’s Grow Native! program is proud to once again participate in the annual CoMoGives online fundraiser, beginning on Giving Tuesday, November 29, 2022 and continuing through the end of year. CoMoGives is a project of the Central Missouri Community Foundation. The online portal allows donors to contribute to one or more non-profit organizations serving central Missouri.

Native plants are the foundation of nature’s web of life. Without them, songbirds, monarch butterflies, and countless other animals would perish, and the environmental services they provide would be seriously degraded. Donor support for the Grow Native! program helps to provide high-quality resources to aid residents of Missouri and beyond choose native plants for their many benefits to people, pollinators, and wildlife.

In 2021, funding received through CoMoGives was used to carry out Grow Native! native plant marketing and education programming, including free webinars on native plant landscaping and ecology, and free native plant gardening information at grownative.org.

Help us reach our goal of raising $4,000 through CoMoGives by donating through December 31, 2022.
