Love prairie and native plants? Would you like to cultivate your interest into a career? Join us on September 14 at 4:00 p.m. for a Prairie & Native Plants Career Webinar to learn from three professionals whose knowledge of and training in prairie and native plants has shaped their careers. The panelists are Sarah Kendrick, Migratory Birds Biologist with the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, Ronda Burnett, Community Conservation Planner with the Missouri Department of Conservation, and Jerod Huebner, Director of Prairie Management for the Missouri Prairie Foundation. They will share the education, training, and skills that are important for their current positions with the aim of helping young professionals or anyone interested in working with prairie and native plants as a profession.
The webinar, to be held via Zoom, will be 45 minutes including a question and answer session. The webinar will be recorded, and sent to all registrants as well as posted to our YouTube channel.
