Tour of Turkey Foot Prairie Planting, Warrensburg

Join MPF Board Member Vernon Elsberry for a walking tour of Turkey Foot Prairie Planting and Garden in Warrensburg, MO on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 2:00 p.m. If you would like to attend, you can meet the group on site.

Initially established in 1997 as a seven-acre planting, the garden also received an MPF Prairie Garden Grant in 2014. The area is part of Warrensburg Parks and Recreation and is managed and maintained by Citizens for Environmental Action. The tour will last about an hour.
